Services not covered with NHS

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

  • Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
  • Insurance claim forms
  • Passport signing
  • Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
  • Private sick notes
  • Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

Please Note: the podiatrist holds regular clinics at the medical practice. For appointments and enquires regarding the service, please contact the podiatry central booking office on 9441 3985 between 08:30 to 17:00 Mon to Thurs and 08:30 to 12:30 on Friday

Bowel Screening

Meningitis Vaccination

The practice are offering patients an additional vaccination to protect them against meningitis which will cover the ACW+Y strains of the illness.
